Contraindications
As with coffee, however, we do not recommend the consumption of OneGum for people who are very sensitive to caffeine and children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, who are advised not to exceed 200 mg of caffeine per day, must take care not to exceed this threshold, without forgetting foods such as chocolate and certain soft drinks (colas in particular), also contain caffeine. The recommended dose of caffeine not to be exceeded per day for healthy adults without particular sensitivity to caffeine is 400mg (200mg for pregnant and breastfeeding women).
